Disqualifying myself from UNCHALLENGE. Normal shave today, although blade is getting a bit pully, never used same blade for this long, but going to try pushing it rest of month. Boar brush absolutely looks broken in now, had a good lather today. Cheers and happy monday everyone!

Definitely have increased soap usage but I think it's cause I am consciously loading heavier, my lathers before were ok but this past week they were definitely better than week 1. The unbleached pig continues to impress and I think I can say with confidence this is the best boar knot I own. I need to secure a 26mm and I think it'll be the 🐐 🦨 🐗

Splash and balm usage are pretty consistent, frag will continue to be depleted as I add more sprays each day. I messed up my video one day and ended up doing close to 30 sprays, thank fuck I was WFH!

Nice morning shave today with Sonder. Starting to feel that desire to use my other scents, but so far holding strong. I’m sure that fact that the soap smells great and works well is the only thing keeping me on track. #MAMMOTHMAFIA #UNCHALLENGE

As I sat on the side of my bed after shaving, while brushing my teeth, I had a 2-3 minute reflection on how AA is such a foil to the LG. It’s my first time for both this year which makes it stand out more in contrast I think. One month I was aching to try more and more; another it’s a monotonous task. Both have their benefits for sure, but I love trying scents and bouncing between them based on my mood, the weather, what time it is, and what I plan on doing next. The LG is like hanging out with your unpredictable friends at the bar on a Wednesday wing night while AA is the pizza night with Netflix. I like them both for what they are. I long for one while doing the other. #UNCHALLENGE

(Again) - this is the word that keeps recurring whenever I'm going for a shave.

I guess going for same set-up eased my mind a bit about choosing the soaps for each shave, but I feel stuck in a rut as well.

Shave was great, 2 1/2 passes and BBS results were achieved.

Looking forward to tomorrow's shave (again).
